Sake - Domestic Medium Hair and Domestic Short Hair Cat for Adoption in La Grange, Kentucky

PRE-ADOPTION APPLICATION: Sake will be ready to adopt around mid-December 2026.

Meet Sake! Once a bottle baby hand-raised by humans, this social, snuggly soul loves nothing more than to cuddle up to you and purr like a motorboat.

Sake's Story:
Sake was found all alone and abandoned in the green grassy "island" of a parking lot. More specifically, he was found in the parking lot of Japanese restaurant Sake Blue. His rescuer appropriately named him Sake, and after a few days of care, brought him to the Humane Society of Oldham County to be loved.

Sake's Personality:
I was a bottle baby; of course I think personal space is a suggestion.

I was a bottle baby; of course I expect VIP treatment.

I was a bottle baby; of course I've never had to hunt for my dinner and prefer it served.

I'm ridiculously cute; of course I know it.

Sake is the social butterfly and big extrovert of the group. He comes running over when you call his name. He hunts spring toys with a passion and "growls" with protective pride at his "prize." He loves wet food and enjoys fluffy beds and soft blankets.

Sake grew up in a foster home with other kitties, and needs a Forever Family with a feline friend.

He will be neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations by mid-December. Submit your app today!
