I can be a little nervous when meeting new people, so I might need a little time to feel comfortable. New situations can be scary, and I like to take things one step at a time.

But once I know I'm safe, my sweet side really starts to shine! I absolutely love attention and can't get enough pets from my favorite people. Give me some gentle encouragement, and before long I'll be leaning in for scratches and soaking up all the love you have to offer.

I am also FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus positive), but don't let that worry you! FIV+ cats can live long, happy, healthy lives with proper care and regular veterinary checkups. I can safely live with other friendly cats, and my diagnosis doesn't stop me from being a wonderful companion.

I'm looking for a patient family who will let me warm up at my own pace and appreciate the special bond that comes from earning a shy cat's trust.
