Stripe - Domestic Medium Hair Cat for Adoption in Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Stripe came into Rescue as an owner surrender with her 5 kittens when they were five weeks old. She has been a wonderful mother. Now that her kittens have all grown up, and she is fully vetted and spayed, it is time for her to settle into a permanent loving home and let her wonderful purrsonality shine!

Stripe is very calm and mellow, independent, and low-maintenance. She will take care of herself when she is alone. But Stripe really loves company too! She is very friendly and affectionate, gives gentle head-butts to encourage more petting, and loves cheek rubs and scratches behind her ears best.
As a young cat still, she does have a curious and playful side! She enjoys interactive wand-style toys, balls, and really loves catnip stuffies!

Stripe enjoys sitting next to you on the couch or snuggling up in bed while basking in your affection! She also loves observing the world from the top of her tall cat tree. Stripe is compliant with grooming when it comes time to maintain her beautiful soft, fluffy coat.

Stripe is good with other cats, dogs, and people of all ages. She would also most likely do very well as an only pet with enough human attention.
