Mango is a handsome orange boy with a heart as big as his personality! This sweet and affectionate gentleman absolutely adores people and loves being wherever his humans are. Whether he's curling up beside you on the couch or greeting you at the door, Mango is always ready to share his love.

Mango was found on the street in Connecticut after his owners moved. Luckily someone reported him to a rescue soon after. Despite being abandoned he doesn't hold a grudge! He is one of the most laid-back cats we've rescued!

Mango gets along wonderfully with other cats and has done great with gentle, cat-friendly dogs. He would also be a wonderful companion for children who understand how to be kind and respectful to animals.

It takes awhile for Mango to feel comfortable in his new home. His foster mom says he hid for about 5 days and then every day he came out more and more once he felt safe. Once he came out of hiding totally there was no going back to hiding! He likes to be held and will almost hug you!

He uses his litterbox like a champ. He loves to be brushed and tolerate getting his nails done!
