Cali - Domestic Medium Hair and Tortoiseshell Cat for Adoption in Fort Worth, Texas

Cali and her littermates were being fed by a kind person when mama and one of the kittens disappeared, leaving 4 orphaned kittens barely able to survive. The kind person reached out to us to save these kittens, so we put together a plan, put the word out for help and a foster, and it all came into place. We were able to catch all 4 kitties and they went to a foster home to learn what a safe and loving environment is.

They continue to be socialized but all of them are learning a little at a time. Cali is curious but still a bit apprehensive but is learning that being petted and loved on is not that bad. Cali is litter box trained and was so curious about the automatic litter box that she used to go inside just to make it work. Now she regularly uses it as she has a bit of fun. Cali gets along with the foster's resident cats (both male and female), and the resident dogs (big and small), and co-exists with exotic birds.

Cali is spayed, current on vaccinations (next due 9/10/2027) and microchipped.

Cali (and her sisters) would do best in a multi-cat household so she can continue to learn from an older cat since she lost her mama at an early age. Cali and her sisters are currently in a foster home in NE Dallas.
