Marigold 3 - Domestic Medium Hair Cat for Adoption in Albany, New York

Marigold 3 is a beautiful girl, with a medium length tortoiseshell coat. She is a petite kitty with polydactyly, meaning she has extra toes!

Marigold 3 was rescued from a farm along with her sister, Iris. Marigold had a difficult start in life. Because of this, she needs extra time and patience to feel secure in her home.

Marigold is a loving, affectionate girl who seeks out attention and petting. She has come a long way in her foster home, starting out as a shy girl. Now she is a bit of a talker, and will stand on her hind legs to ask for extra love.

Marigold has a calm, quiet energy. She likes to have a little cave to sleep in, and will sometimes duck under the covers. Marigold likes cozy blankets and would love a soft cat bed.

A tall cat tree near a window might help Marigold gain confidence, since cats enjoy being up high. Daily brushing is a great way to bond with a new cat. And Marigold loves Churu treats, which is a great way to make friends with a new kitty!

Marigold 3 will thrive in a quieter home with either adults, or adults and older children. Someone who is patient and loving will be rewarded when Marigold shows her sweet, mushy, affectionate personality.

Marigold needs a home with no dogs, and she would love to be adopted along with her sister, Iris. While they aren't actually a bonded pair, they get along well and nursed their kittens together. Being together will help both cats adjust to a new home.
