Porcupine - Domestic Long Hair Cat for Adoption in Yorkville, Illinois

Porcupine is a 10 week old domestic long hair kitten that is ready for his forever home! The adoption fee includes the feline distemper vaccine, feline leukemia vaccine, deworming, and rabies vaccine current to the date of adoption. All rescued cats receive an intestinal parasite exam, Feline Leukemia/ FIV test and microchip. All adopters are required to purchase 1 month of Revolution (flea & heartworm prevention).

Please contact Yorkville Animal Hospital if you would like to inquire about adopting a pet through our rescue. We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application which we will send you through email. We also require any vaccination records for any other pets in the home to be sent with the application. After submitting an application there is a mandatory 24-48 hour hold period before the application is approved or declined.

To ensure that these pets will receive an appropriate amount of attention and medical care, records must be provided of all pets within the household showing they are current on all recommended vaccines, annual exams and are spayed/neutered.

All primary adopters must be at least 21 years of age or older and may be required to show proof of identification and age.
