DESCRIPTION
Tippy is our 3 legged wonder. We are not sure how he ended up with 3 legs, but we do know is he perfect in every way, and did not deserve to be outside. He loves people, he has had no issues with dogs or cats, and wants nothing but your attention. He looks a little worse for the wear, but once he is in his forever home, his hair will grow back (he had matting when we took him in) and he will be your best friend!
