Ready for some fluffy cuteness? Mufasa is about 6 weeks old and will be ready to go to his forever home on 6/18/26. We are accepting applications now.

Meet Mufasa! This little ball of fluff is FULL of personality and confidence. He will keep you entertained:) Mufasa is super playful and is required to go to a home with a young and playful cat.


NOTE: A HOME THAT ALREADY HAS A YOUNG AND PLAYFUL CAT/KITTEN IS REQUIRED.

This kitten is up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, had a full examination by a veterinarian, Combo tested Negative, microchipped and will need to be spayed/neutered by the adopter at 6 months of age.

The adoption fee for this kitten is $150, which helps with the cost of routine vet care. This fee DOES NOT INCLUDE spay/neuter if the kitten is not already spayed/neutered. If the animal you are adopting is not already spayed/neutered, you will be required to sign a contract legally obligating you to have the animal altered. A $100.00 fee will be returned to the adopter once the animal has been sterilized. We will provide information on this process during the approval process.

Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives (if applicable) and examined annually by your vet.***

Our organization cannot guarantee the exact breed of any animal in our care. The breed listed is based on any background we may have been provided, and/or the general appearance of the animal.

Cats adopted through Canines & Kitties Rescue must be indoor only and may not be declawed (unless already declawed at the time of rescue).
