Persephone - Domestic Long Hair Cat for Adoption in Silver Spring, Maryland

COMING SOON!

‍ Meet Persephone “Percy”

Beautiful, mysterious, and dressed in a luxurious coat of midnight black, Persephone — affectionately known as Percy — is a little beauty with stunning golden eyes that are sure to capture your heart!

Born on July 29, 2026, Percy and her siblings had a difficult start in life before being given the chance to grow and thrive with the help of those who stepped in to give them a brighter future. Like her siblings, Percy may need a little extra patience and understanding as she continues building her confidence and learning to trust new people. The good news? These little ones have already made excellent progress! With a loving home, a gentle approach, and time to settle in at her own pace, Percy will continue blossoming into the wonderful companion she's meant to be.

This lovely long-haired girl is getting ready for her next big adventure: finding a family to call her own! Percy will be spayed and brought up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations and treatments this week, and she'll soon be ready to begin her happily-ever-after.

Could this golden-eyed beauty be the missing piece of your family?

Persephone would LOVE to be adopted with one of her siblings, Hermes, Sandstorm or Igneus however she can be adopted into a home with a resident kitty ready to play all day!
