Dez - Domestic Long Hair Cat for Adoption in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Dez is a wonderful long- haired male cat who is very sweet and friendly. He came to our rescue from a veterinary partner when he was surrendered by his former owner for euthanasia due to a urinary blockage.

Thankfully he was saved from euthanasia after being surrendered and received a procedure to unblock his urinary obstruction. It's been approximately one month from his procedure and he has had no additional issues.To keep him healthy he eats urinary prescription food, which he will need to remain on for the rest of his life.

He's a very gentle soul and sometimes frightens easily. He would do wonderfully in a calm, quiet household where routine is more or less the norm. He has a lot of love to give and loves to be pet and show affection to his favorite person!

Dez is approximately 8 years old, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines and is microchipped.
