Meet Theodore!

When Theodore first came to us he was a scared boy who needed time to learn that people are friends. After a few weeks of socialization, Theodore is now one of the most affectionate boys. He loves attention and pets and will even climb on your lap if you’re lucky enough.

We have loved watching his personality blossom as he feels more confident and safe. He loves to play with his toys and is very curious and exploratory around the shelter.

Theodore is now ready to find his forever home with someone who can show him love. As he is still a little nervous he would need to be in a home with adults only or with older children that can respect his boundaries. He has shown interest in cats around the shelter so could potentially be housed with a feline companion with a very slow introduction.

Theodore has been examined by a veterinarian, neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated for FVCRP. He’s also been flea treated and dewormed. Now he’s ready to find an indoor-only home where he can feel safe, relaxed, and loved.
