"Waffles is that one friend whom you meet and think is shy. But the vibes are there and once he settles in, all of a sudden, your mind is blown because he is chatty and is actually the life of the pawty!

Waffles' number one love in life is being petted. He dares you to find another cat as soft, fluffy, and as big of a love-pest! He enjoys his love and attention so much that not only does he purr like nobody's business, but he usually gets so into it that he starts drooling.

I can't possibly choose just one favorite thing about Waffles, so instead I'll give you my top three:

1. He comes running when you call his name-is he part Border Collie? I mean the shelter doesn't do DNA testing so who's to say?

2. Once he trusts you, you become his security blanket; whatever step you take, he is right there rubbing up against your legs.

3. His incredible loving heart-I have LOVED watching him befriend all the animals in the house even when I know he was scared.

In his new home, he hopes to find a wonderful person or family who will take the time to help him settle in and build trust. A relatively calm home would be ideal as fast movements and loud noises still scare him.

He has done exceptionally well with a foster kitten, our adult cats, and our cat-savvy pup! He seems to gain confidence when he is hanging out with the other cats so a friendly fursibling would be a huge plus for him! Ohh my gosh! I can't keep it down to three things! I TOTALLY forgot to mention that he will do the whole meerkat thing and go up on his hind legs to get the best pets. AND, finally, he also makes super adorable biscuits, lol." -Waffles' foster mom.
