Bingo - Domestic Long Hair Cat for Adoption in Jefferson, Louisiana

Bluey and Bingo’s story started before they were even born! Their mama was a friendly stray being cared for outside when she went into labor and delivered just two tiny kittens. Her caretaker became worried that there might be more babies she couldn’t deliver, so mama was rushed to Metairie Small Animal Hospital. Thankfully, everyone checked out perfectly — there were no more kittens coming, just two healthy little girls!

And once we met their mama, there was absolutely no way we were sending her back to life on the street. She was incredibly sweet and clearly belonged in a home.

Her two little girls, Bluey and Bingo, have grown into a pair of nearly identical fluffy sisters. They are both long-haired BLACK kittens with gorgeous, soft coats and tons of personality. Their professional photos are brightened so you can actually see their adorable faces and all that fluff, but their coats are black — not chocolate or brown.

Bluey and Bingo are fully vetted, full of fluff, and SO much fun. They’ve been together since the day they were born, so of course we would love to see them adopted together! However, they do not have to go to the same home if an adopter already has a young, playful cat who can be a companion for one of them. If there is not already a young cat in the home, our two-kitten adoption policy applies.

They’re currently hanging out in our isolation area, but not because they are sick or need to be isolated. Our adoption floor is simply full and we haven’t had room to move them up yet. They are healthy, ready for adoption, and very ready to trade their temporary accommodations for a home of their own.

If you'd like to meet me, stop by Jefferson Feed (corner of Jefferson Hwy. and Central Ave.). We kindly ask that visits be made earlier in the day, as the last hour before closing is reserved for medications and end-of-day care.

Adoption Fee is $300/each but willing to discount if they sisters go together. We like our kittens to have friends so we want a pair adoption if you have no other pets unless we know a specific kitten prefers to be alone. All kittens are Spayed/Neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines, FeLV/FIV/HW tested and microchipped.
