Ember - Domestic Long Hair and Domestic Medium Hair Cat for Adoption in Houston, Texas

Meet Ember!

Ember is a beautiful fluffy dilute calico with soft gray and light orange markings-the perfect inspiration for her name. This gorgeous girl gave birth to four amazing orange boys: Scorch, Sparky, Sarge & Siren!

And let's just say... raising four orange boys is a LOT. Ember has been an absolutely incredible mama, lovingly raising her babies and getting them ready to find families of their own. Now that her job as Mama is coming to an end, we think it's finally Ember's turn to be spoiled!

Ember can be a little shy when she first meets someone, but give her some patience and time to trust you and her sweet personality begins to shine. She enjoys being petted, will sit calmly beside her foster mama, and has the sweetest purr once she feels safe and comfortable.

The quickest way to Ember's heart? Churus and treats! After everything she's done raising four rambunctious boys, we think she's earned as many as she wants.

Ember has done well with small children, but because she is a quieter, more cautious girl, she would truly thrive in a calmer home where she can settle in at her own pace and build a special bond with her people.
