We believe she may have been hit by a car in the past, and she now has some neurological issues along with arthritis. Because of this, Sugar needs a little extra TLC and a home willing to accommodate her special needs.

Low food and water bowls, since she isn’t able to jump
A calm, comfortable home where she can take things at her own pace
Someone who understands that she may need a little extra patience and care
