If you're looking for a buddy, Dora is your best bet. She loves being close to her people—whether it's sitting next to you, sleeping beside you, or following you around the house. She truly enjoys companionship and will happily keep you company throughout the day.

Dora is especially affectionate and enjoys being petted, particularly on top of her head and behind her ears—her favorite spots. She has a cute habit of “choosing” her person quickly and will greet you by gently nudging you with her head or trying to get comfortable right on top of you.

She's also your little kitchen companion—whenever you head that way, she'll be right there with you, keeping you company (and hoping for a treat or two!).

Dora is a playful young lady who loves interactive toys, especially a fishing rod toy, and enjoys engaging playtime just as much as relaxing nearby. She does have long hair, so you'll find a few fluffy reminders of her around the house, but it's all part of her charm.

Dora has feline leukemia virus, or FeLV. As such, she can only be housed with other FeLV+ cats. This virus cannot be transmitted to non-feline species (eg, dogs cannot get it). Dora is cat friendly and would love a feline friend, or can go solo. Please don't hesitate to reach out to discuss more about FeLV, as the internet can be a scary place for information, and Dora deserves the world!
