Meet Gollum, a 6-year-old neutered boy with a BIG personality and an even bigger heart! This handsome guy is quite the talker and isn't afraid to let you know exactly what he wants—especially when snacks are involved!

Gollum may be 6 years old, but age certainly doesn't slow him down. He is always ready for a good cuddle, some quality pets, or a tasty treat. He is an incredibly sweet boy who loves being around his people and soaking up all the attention he can get.

Gollum can be very affectionate and sometimes gets overstimulated when he has had enough attention, so he would do best in a home with older, respectful children who understand how to give him space when he needs it.

Before coming to the shelter, Gollum was an indoor/outdoor cat, so he could potentially be happy in a home that offers him a similar lifestyle. Keep in mind that cats who have previously lived outdoors may take up to six months to fully settle in and connect with their new home. Patience, consistency, time, and lots of love can make all the difference!

And who knows? With the right family, plenty of patience, and time to adjust, Gollum may even discover that indoor-only life isn't so bad after all!
