Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) positive cats can live normal lives both in quality and duration. They do take special care in terms of monitoring them for signs of infection. FIV can be passed from cat to cat via deep bite wounds, but not from casual contact so positive cats can live with negative cats without the fear of spreading FIV as long as they get along and are spayed/neutered. Kitten Adoption Policy

Kittens cannot be adopted as a solo pet, they must either go home with another kitten or join a home that already has a young, playful cat.
