DESCRIPTION
Chrissy and Bonnie are two sweet girls that play hard and nap hard. Over the last month in a foster home they’ve come out of their shells and like to accept treats, investigate their surroundings, find window spots (and their own reflections), and chase balls and lures. Bonnie walks with a plantigrade stance but it in no way slows her down! They will need an owner who is patient and allows them their personal space, but they are showing more and more personality every day (and it helps that they are very treat-motivated!). Bonnie purrs like a motor if pet when snoozing, and Chrissy loves a nose boop when in the mood. They would be best adopted as a pair, as they love to call out to each other, share a bed, and do some occasional tussling. When they were at the shelter before, they were excellent with other cats (they will curl up for a nap with any kitty!) and were fine around respectful dogs.
Chrissy and Bonnie are about 11 months old.

ABOUT: CALICO CAT BREED
The Calico cat is known for its unique tri color coat pattern of white, orange, and black. These cats are almost always female due to their genetics, with their striking coats often displaying a patchwork appearance. Calicos are not a specific breed but rather a color pattern found in various breeds, including American Shorthair and Persian. They are typically lively, affectionate, and confident felines, making them popular and charming companions in many households.
