Get ready for something extra delicious — meet Pecan!
Pecan is a fabulous Turkish Van Calico Domestic Shorthair mix from our Types of Nut Litter, and she is good enough to eat.
She wears the softest, plushiest fur in yummy primary calico colors — black licorice, marshmallow whites, and decadent caramel — so yummy you’ll want to eat her up with kisses. And oh, that tail! A stunning, colorful, flamboyant calico tail that she struts around with held high and erect — the universal sign of happiness and contentment. When Pecan walks by, you know she’s feeling fabulous.
Then there are her eyes — stunning, and we mean STUNNING, blue-green eyes, a classic and captivating trait of the Turkish Van. The Turkish Van cat is said to be the golden retriever of the cat world — very social, playful, loyal, happy, and highly intelligent — and Pecan demonstrates all of these wonderful traits and then some.
She LOVES to play, especially when an Amazon box comes with a little bit of that crinkly brown paper. She uses it as her own little slide, sliding across the floor with pure joy. When she’s done with her adventures, she loves to scurry to the tippy-top of the kitty condo and perch herself like a princess on a throne, surveying her sweet kingdom.
Pecan is a pleasant little girl who gets along well with others. She loves to be petted from the top of her head to the tip of her very colorful tail, arching her back in complete contentment, loving and basking in all the attention, responding with her Pecan purr that is a sweet sing-song all unto itself.
Her happiest place of all is curled up beside you in a perfect little ball of primary calico fur, while her peaceful Pecan purr melts your heart completely.
She’s nutty, yummy, and absolutely gorgeous.
