Ginger is a beautiful 2-year-old girl with a gentle, sensitive nature and an independent personality. She is able to form a very close bond with one or two loving people in her house. Once she develops trust, she becomes sweet, affectionate, and a devoted companion.
Ginger enjoys being near her person, sleeping in bed, and getting pets and cuddles when she is in the mood. She also enjoys spending time on her own. She is not a cat who immediately approaches strangers, and she may become overwhelmed by too much noise, activity, or stimulation.
She would be happiest in a quiet, relaxed home with a patient, experienced cat owner who understands shy or slightly nervous cats. A calm routine and plenty of time to adjust will help her feel secure.
Ginger is comfortable with friendly cats and may do well with a mellow feline companion who respects her space. She will be perfectly fine as a single cat in her home.
Ginger currently enjoys both indoor and outdoor time and especially loves relaxing and sunbathing in a safe yard. With patience and a thoughtful transition, she may also adjust well to an indoor-only home.
Ginger is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and fully litter box trained.
She is looking for a peaceful, loving home where she can settle in at her own pace. Once Ginger trusts you, she is a wonderfully sweet and affectionate companion.
