Calico Cats Available for Adoption in Newark Valley, New York
AMELIA
Calico
🇺🇸
Newark Valley, New York
March 15th
female, small, baby
DESCRIPTION
Amelia was part of a clan of kittens that took several months to trap them all. Their owner who loved them dearly passed away.
We were told he didn’t have much but everything he had went to his animals
She is shy at first, but very loving really laid-back She’s very unassuming very undemanding, but always loves affection.
He was a bit of a loaner so we don’t know a lot about her age, but we’re guessing her to be around four years old.
One week ago, she got all of her shots and is fixed and ready for adoption
Amelia doesn’t seem bothered by other cats or the dog.
But she definitely needs time to adjust. She has been here for two months and for seven weeks she was too underweight to get fixed. Just do the extreme cold temperatures and the situation she was left in until she was trapped. I think she honestly loves the rescue. She’s very content in her cage. Never gives us a hard time
she would make a good companion for anybody as long as they gave her time to feel safe.
