Sally and Gillian - Calico Cat for Adoption in Ipswich, Massachusetts

Sally and Gillian are a bonded pair of 5-6 months' old medium to long haired calico sisters looking for a home together. They are a little shy at first but are friendly, playful and enjoy pets. They would prefer a quieter, patient home that will give them time to adjust using a small safety room. They prefer a home with teens 14+ and are ok with other cats, but would likely do best in a home without dogs.
Sally and Gillian are in a foster home, so they will NOT be at Open House today. Appointments to meet them will be scheduled after your application is reviewed https://www.ipswichhumanegroup.org/cat-adoption... (make sure to complete all fields and email IpswichHumaneGroup@gmail.com to confirm we receive it).

The Calico cat is known for its unique tri color coat pattern of white, orange, and black. These cats are almost always female due to their genetics, with their striking coats often displaying a patchwork appearance. Calicos are not a specific breed but rather a color pattern found in various breeds, including American Shorthair and Persian. They are typically lively, affectionate, and confident felines, making them popular and charming companions in many households.
