Meet Shadow
Shadow will be 4 years old this August and has been with one loving owner since being adopted from a shelter when he was under a year old. When he first came in, he had a rough start, so he can be a bit skittish and takes time to warm up—but once he trusts you, he forms a strong, quiet bond.
He loves his scratcher and feather toys, but catnip isn’t his thing. While he’s not a typical lap cat or overly snuggly, he does enjoy curling up close for naps and being near his person.
Shadow does best in a calm home. He’s good with older kids and has been around small dogs, but he does not do well with other cats. An ideal home would be with someone who is around often—either works from home or doesn’t have long hours away.
He is neutered, up to date on vaccines (records available), and microchipped.
We are heartbroken to rehome him, but due to severe allergies in the family, we need to find him a new, loving home where he can feel safe and comfortable.
