Eddy - Bengal Cat for Adoption in Jackson, California

Meet Eddy. Eddy is a 4-month-old black and brown short haired darling little Tabby male. He was fostered in lone, but needed more one-on-one interaction with people. Right now, Eddy is a work-in-progress. He is young and still has a lot to learn. He is shy and a little scared in his new environment, but is starting to warm up to people. He is still being socialized by the volunteers and now enjoys receiving pets and is giving little purrs in return. He loves playing with cat toys and will soon be running and playing with the other cats. He is realizing that people are not that scary and he has potential to be a great little companion.

The Bengal cat is a unique and striking breed known for its wild appearance and playful demeanor. Developed by crossing Asian leopard cats with domestic shorthairs, Bengals have luxurious, soft coats with distinctive markings that resemble those of wild leopards. These intelligent and energetic cats make loving companions, forming strong bonds with their human families. With their active nature and love for play, Bengals require plenty of mental and physical stimulation to thrive in a home environment.
