Winnie and her siblings were found in very bad shape. They were very underweight with eye infections and absolutely covered in fleas. We knew they needed help right away, so Tampa Bay Strays found room for them in our foster family. After a few weeks of good care and good food they began to thrive. Winnie and siblings are now ready for their very own homes. Winnie is a precious little brown tabby girl with a big personality. She is the runt of the litter but has been the leader of the group since day one in my foster home. She is adventurous and so very sweet.
