DESCRIPTION
Are you looking for a calm cat who loves to be petted? Or a cat who DEMANDS to be petted and loved at her time.
If so, let us introduce you to Alexa. Alexa, who is 8 years old, was surrendered by a couple who developed allergies after owning her since she was a kitten. She's shy at first and gets spooked out by loud noises and sudden movements, but Alexa is the best for a calm family who wants to take a chance on her. You can meet her at Petco in Clark, NJ.
A good handful of our volunteers have young kids who help out, so she does well with well-behaved, calm kids. She is thriving as the only cat in the cubby, but she would get along with another calm, non-aggressive cat.
She's up to date on all her vaccines and spayed. Foster-to-adopt is another option if you want to give her a chance, and if you love her, you will have first dibs to adopt her.
