Picasso was found outside and reported by a local feeder because he was heavily matted and had plant debris in his fur. NBP got him shaved and neutered, now he's feeling better and his friendly side is coming out more everyday.

He isn't overly demanding of attention, but he absolutely loves gentle pets, playtime, and spending time with his people.
