Penelope is a gorgeous calico girl with a soft spirit and an even softer heart. This sweet kitty may be a little shy at first, but once she learns to trust you, she blossoms into a loving and gentle companion who simply wants a safe place to call home.

Because Penelope is declawed, she can feel vulnerable around other animals and does not do well with dogs or most other cats. Without her natural source of defense, she would thrive best in a calm, quiet home where she can feel secure and protected.

Penelope enjoys playing with ribbons and string toys and loves quiet moments spent relaxing near her people. She has never had catnip or cat treats before, so her future family will get to introduce her to all kinds of new little joys and experiences. She has only ever eaten dry kibble and has never been on wet food.

This beautiful girl may need a little patience in the beginning, but the love you earn from Penelope is absolutely worth the wait. She is looking for someone willing to give her the time, kindness, and understanding she deserves so she can finally feel safe enough to shine. 💕
