Parakeet Birds Available for Adoption in Stafford, Virginia

My name is Rio and I am a parakeet found as a stray. No one came to claim me and I am now looking for a bird-knowledgeable home able to provide my care needs. I do not come with supplies or a cage and would love to join some other budgies as I love to talk and communicate!

Adoptions are first-come, first-served and there is no adoption fee for small animals. Please have a picture ID/something with current address on it at time of adoption.
