Pickles - Parakeet Bird for Adoption in Grand Rapids, Minnesota

Pickles and Zazu are 2 male parakeets (budgies) approximately 2 years old. They come from a home with older children, cats, and dogs. Although they get along, they would do best added to another flock or with one more bird to change the dynamic.

Zazu loves Pickles, but Pickles is sometimes overwhelmed by Zazu! Although they are just getting settled in foster, they do not appear hand-tame. This can easily be worked on with patience and treats!

They currently enjoy watching YouTube videos of other budgies singing and talking and will hopefully pick up some words! Male budgies are more vocal and more likely to learn words and songs.
