Shes incredibly friendly and affectionate, and she loves hanging out on top of her cage to watch the world go by, and once she gets to know you, she will be happy to sit on your shoulder. Thatcher adores his Freya; they keep each other company if you are at work. Hes made wonderful progress since they arrived! He has stopped plucking, learned to step up quickly, and is blossoming into a confident, loving boy. The vet says his beautiful feathers will continue filling in nicely after a few molts.
Both birds came from a home with an elderly owner who could no longer care for them. They were previously cage-bound, but their flying has improved tremendously with practice and freedom. Both are healthy, had vet exams, and are between 3-4 years old. They arrive with a beautiful, high-quality cage that's already thoughtfully set up with Freya's needs in mind. These two are gentle, sweet, and clearly devoted to each other — they would thrive with someone who appreciates their unique bond and gentle spirits.
