About Social Mission Policies
Owatonna, Minnesota
Shelter / Rescue
3 Cats
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, a group of unpaid volunteers working in the Steele County and surrounding areas to reduce the numbers in feral/free roaming cats by providing TNR services (Trap-Neuter-Return). Just one un-spayed female cat and her off-spring can produce up to 48 kittens per calendar year. We are currently working in conjunction with Animal Control and local area rescues to obtain foster homes and forever homes for cats in crisis.
Potential adopters will be asked to contact us by email where we will then send our adoption application for them to fully complete and send back to us for review. After review of application and all is well, we will set up a meet and greet with interested animal. If we are questioning the home environment we will request a home visit before approving the application.
