DESCRIPTION
This young girl is so evergreen, we named her Spruce! She was born shortly after her mom was surrendered to HRN, and is still learning the ins and outs of indoor bunny life. She is pretty shy, though she has slowly shown her 'night owl' personality to her foster family. It's possible a bunny friend could help her build more confidence, though she has yet to formally meet any suitors. She has nearly perfect litter box habits, with the occasional cocoa puff left around. She loves to free roam, especially since she can get to the baseboards -- they're so CHEWABLE! We figure Spruce's furever home will want to curb this behavior, so we suggest bunny-proofing and untreated wood enrichment, like her favorite hidey house. She is still adjusting to from unlimited pellets to hay and can be a little picky. Her general interest in food is low, perhaps because she's too young to enjoy fruity treats yet. She's also particular when it comes to petting—she enjoys it, but wants it on her own terms. She's okay being picked up, as long as there isn't much cuddling involved. If your looking for a bun with distinct preferences, Spruce is definitely your gal!
