Rescued from the mean streets of Richmond, Cheeky was thought to have a broken right front paw. The vet found that it was a tendon injury, not a break. Unfortunately, her paw couldn't be saved, Cheeky is now a proud Tripod!
Cheeky zooms up and down the stairs faster than her bunny friends. She is, as her name implies, cheeky! She loves to inspect her room after each cleaning, and she gives licks and snuggles freely.
Cheeky loves to roam and she's a very fastidious bunny, using her litter box like a champ!
The adoption fee is $75 per rabbit ($150 for a pair). Please do your research and if you're interested in any of our rabbits, go to www.vrra.org to fill in our adoption application. We follow the House Rabbit Society adoption policies. For everything you need to know about caring for a bunny, visit the House Rabbit Society website at: www.rabbit.org. We strongly encourage all prospective bunny adopters to pick up a copy of “The House Rabbit Handbook: How to Live with an Urban Rabbit,” available from most online sellers (e.g., Amazon) as well at our shelter.
