"Cody",s story :
" Cody " surrendered by ex-owner to our rescue due to busy life style and no longer can provide quality care for "Cody" so contact our rescue to find a loving forever home for young "Cody" boy .

@ " Cody ",s Personality:

" Cody " is a young , playful , sweet boy ,very friendly to the people .
Good with all the dogs , cats .
" Cody " still has puppy's curious / sweet / active energy .


@walking on leash well .

@ Energy level : Medium energy level


@ Barking : Not a barker .

@ with Dog : Good

@ with Kid :OK , but prefer NO kids under 12 years old .

@ with cats : OK

@ with New people: Good , friendly .

@ House-training: " Cody " is about 70 % house trained, he prefer do his business in a fenced yard or on the walks . He needs to goes out at least 4 times a day for his pee break. Now he wear belly band when stay inside at foster home .
Still working on house train issue .

@ Chewing issue: NO , loves chew toys.

@ No possessive food or toys issues with dogs and human .

@ " Cody ",s recall is bad . He is still not well trained for off leash .
so ---"NO OFF LEASH "


@ Health:


1. Cody had both back legs Patella Luxation
and already done surgery for both back legs on Dec-04-2025
Recovery very well .

2. Cody " is up to date vaccination , blood work done , dental cleaning done ,
x ray done without hip issue .

Very healthy now .

Adoptive family will receive the medical peppers.

We are looking for a very loving family that fits the following criteria:

1. only adopted to a house with fenced yard.
" Cody " will enjoy a fenced back yard to do her business and hang out a bit .

.2. must be an experienced dog owner and prefer has experience with samll breeds .

3 Either the family has another dog or be a only dog are all good .

4. Prefer a family has no young kids under 12 years old.

5. Can provide high quality dog food

6. Can provide daily exercise, at least one hour / twice a day.

7. You are committed to provide a forever loving home to " Cody "

8. " Cody " loves her human's attention and has so prefer a family that will not leave her alone for long periods during the day ( less than 6 hours ).

9. must be allowed on your couches and bed .

The home check gives you and our volunteers an opportunity to decide if your home and this dog are a good match. We may be doing several home checks to find the best match, and our team of volunteers review all the information acquired in the process to help dogs and families find the best fit for each adoption.
