Stella is a tiny 2-3-year-old Yorkie weighing just 3.9 pounds. She came to rescue as an owner surrender and is still adjusting to all the changes in her little life. She can be shy and skittish at first and may hide under furniture or behind the toilet when she feels overwhelmed, but with a little time and patience she truly blossoms.
Once Stella warms up, her big personality comes out in the best way. She's a spunky little girl who isn't afraid to use her voice and she'll bark to let you know exactly what she wants! When she gets excited, she does the cutest little spins in circles like a wind-up toy, and it's impossible not to smile.
Stella loves being close to her person and will happily curl up next to you or snooze on a soft pillow. She has a sweet tooth for animal crackers and enjoys the simple comforts of a cozy, calm home. She doesn't yet know how to navigate stairs and is about 75% potty trained, so she'll need a family willing to continue working with her.
