Say hi to Frank... or Buddy - he answers to both! This friendly little guy is all heart and curiosity. He's a total people pleaser who wants to be everyone's friend and believes curiosity isn't a flaw, it's a personality trait. (Honestly, he wears it proudly.)
Frank/Buddy is great with other dogs and appears to do well with cats too. He's affectionate, social, and always eager to see what's going on around him. New experiences don't scare him - they excite him.
When he came to us, he was severely matted and needed a full shave by animal control. He was found wandering near a Wawa, but despite a rough start, he's bounced back with nothing but love to give and zero hard feelings.
Now that he's feeling better, he's ready for a fresh start with a family who'll keep him groomed, cherished, and included in all of life's little adventures.
