Meet Maggie and Lollipop! They are a bonded pair of Yorkies who have been through a heartbreaking loss; their owner passed away. Because of this, they are understandably unsure of the world right now and are looking for a very special, gentle place to land.

Maggie is 9 years old and weighs 12 lbs. Lollipop is almost 7 years old and weighs 8.5 lbs. They are small, sweet girls who rely on each other for comfort and must be adopted together.

They were potty pad trained in their previous home, and their vet and groomer came to the house, so their world has been very small and sheltered. They have spent very little time outside, so everything is still new to them. They will need a patient adopter who can help them slowly build confidence and safely explore new routines at their own pace.

They are good with other dogs and find reassurance in calm companionship.
Maggie and Lollipop are looking for a quiet home with a predictable, regular schedule. A peaceful environment where they can decompress, feel safe, and begin to trust again will be so important for them. They love being close to their people and will reward your kindness with lots of cuddles and kisses.

Their bond is unbreakable, and they must stay together.

As with all dogs, they will need time to adjust to a new home and its expectations. Their future family should understand that pet ownership is a lifelong commitment, one that requires daily exercise, continued training, and socialization. Remember: a good dog is a tired dog!
