Meet Rip Van Wafer! This adorable 4 year old yorkie came to us from a rural county shelter, completely matted and in need of help. We scooped him right up and he's well on his way to recovery! Rip is a happy, wiggly little guy despite his ordeal, and he's a sucker for attention and love. He gets along with other dogs, doesn't mind being held, and does well in his crate. Rip has canine scoliosis, which doesn't mean much now, but he could develop arthritis in his senior years farther down the line. He is a lovable little goofball who is so ready to meet you!
