Greta's Glow-Up Story
Once upon a time (okay... early December), a tiny 9-pound Yorkie/terrier mix named Greta was out there writing the saddest chapter of her story. She had been living on the streets, staying loyal to her best dog friend... even after tragedy struck. It took seven days (and a whole lot of patience) for Animal Control to safely live-trap this brave little girl and bring her to safety.
And that's where her story started to turn
Fast forward to today... and Greta is officially in her main character era.
From a scared, unsure little soul to a toy-loving, tail-wagging, strutting queen —this girl has been putting in the WORK. Thanks to her amazing foster home, she's come out of her shell beautifully. She's now a regular at the store, showing off her improved walking skills like she's training for a tiny dog fashion show and her house manners are coming right along!
Is she still a little shy at first? Sure. Greta just believes in a proper introduction—she's not handing out her heart to just anyone in the first five minutes. But give her a little time, a little patience, and maybe a toy or two... and BOOM you've got yourself a loyal, loving, slightly sassy best friend.
Her dream ending?
A home with a fun, confident dog buddy who can show her the ropes of the good life—snacks, naps, zoomies, repeat. She's ready to trade her survival story for a spoiled rotten happily-ever-after.
Greta has already survived the hard part... now she's just waiting for her person to help her write the best chapter yet.
