Whozit & Whatsit
9–11 weeks old
Terrier/Chihuahua mix

Whozit and Whatsit are two of the adorable “Whole New World” puppies, and they are exactly what you imagine when you picture joyful, playful little pups discovering the world for the first time. These sisters are full of curiosity, energy, and affection— and when they’re not busy wrestling or exploring, they’re happiest curled up in a warm lap.

While they love playing together, each puppy has her own personality that makes her special.

Daily Routine

Whozit and Whatsit are thriving on a consistent puppy routine that keeps their days balanced with playtime, meals, and naps.

Their day starts bright and early around 6:30 AM, when they head straight outside for their first potty break. Afterward, they come inside for breakfast.

Once breakfast is finished, they head right back outside for another potty break, followed by playtime. They spend their mornings playing both indoors and outdoors, exploring the yard, and interacting with their foster family and canine friend.

Around 10:00 AM, they take a short nap in their x-pen before waking up for lunch around 12:00–12:30 PM. After lunch, it’s outside again for potty time and then more play.

The afternoon includes another rest period around 4:00 PM, followed by dinner at about 6:30 PM. Evenings bring another round of playtime before the puppies settle into their x-pen around 7:30 PM for quiet time and naps.

Their final potty break is around 9:30–10:00 PM, and then they sleep through the night in their x-pen— impressively holding it all the way until morning without accidents.

Personality

Both Whozit and Whatsit are affectionate little puppies who love being around people. They enjoy following their humans from room to room and will happily climb into a lap whenever the opportunity arises.

They arrived a bit unsure at first, especially when meeting the much larger resident dog in their foster home, but they quickly gained confidence and now spend most of their day happily interacting with their surroundings.

They are playful, curious, and full of puppy energy— but they are also big fans of cuddling, which makes them wonderful companions after a busy play session.

Whozit

Whozit is the adventurous explorer of the pair. She is confident, curious, and eager to check out everything happening around her. Whozit is usually the first to venture across the yard, investigate something new, or try to engage the family dog in play.

She also has a big personality when it comes to mealtime and would happily eat every bowl of food in sight if she had the chance. Her enthusiasm and boldness make her a lively and entertaining little companion.

Whatsit

Whatsit is slightly more thoughtful but she absolutely keeps up with her sister when playtime begins. She may take a moment longer to assess a new situation, but once she decides it’s safe, she jumps right into the fun. Whatsit loves wrestling with Whozit, running around the yard, and climbing into laps for cuddles.

Her sweet, affectionate nature makes her especially easy to fall in love with.

Playtime & Energy

These girls are very playful and energetic, as you would expect from young puppies. They spend much of their day wrestling, chasing, and exploring both inside the house and out in the yard.

They also enjoy chewing on sticks in the yard, which may be part of their normal teething stage. Providing safe chew toys will help guide them through this phase.

After play sessions, they happily settle down for naps—often recharging just in time for the next round of fun.

Dogs & Kids

Whozit and Whatsit currently live with a large dog named Buddy, and they spend most of their waking hours around him.

They have also been wonderful with the foster family’s children, ages 7 and 9. The puppies love following the kids around the house and climbing into their laps whenever they sit down.

What Makes Them Special

These sisters are incredibly affectionate and love being close to their people. Their foster family’s favorite thing about them is simple: they love to cuddle, and they are irresistibly cute.
