Murphy is as smart as he is handsome; being highly food-motivated, he's already mastered "sit," "down," and "stay." He is fully potty trained and crate trained, making him a dream student for a family ready to continue his education.
Because Murphy is a classic young Lab, he explores the world with his mouth and has a deep love for chew toys, games of catch, and anything he can carry around. He has a "busy puppy brain" and endless energy, so he's looking for an active home that can keep up with his pace through plenty of exercise and mental stimulation. He absolutely adores other dogs and loves a good wrestling match, though he's still learning that he's a bit of a powerhouse and doesn't quite realize his own strength yet!
Due to his size and his "mouthy" puppy enthusiasm, Murphy would do best in a home with older children who can handle his bouncy nature. He is the kind of companion who will keep you laughing all day and then happily curl up at your feet once the sun goes down.
