Camilla is a 7 year old, 23 lb Xoloitzcuintli mix with a gentle, soulful personality. She may be a bit shy when first meeting new people, but give her about a week to settle in and you’ll discover a devoted, affectionate companion who will quickly become your loyal shadow.

This sweet girl loves the simple things in life, especially lounging on a warm patio, where she’d happily spend all day soaking up the sunshine. While she enjoys being around other dogs and will often follow them as they play, she’s more of an observer than a rough and tumble participant.

Camilla is both house-trained and crate-trained, making her an easy addition to a home. She’s extremely food motivated, which can be a great asset for continued training and bonding. She also has a snuggly side and loves curling up with her people once she feels safe and comfortable.

Camilla is still gaining confidence on a leash and will REQUIRE a securely fenced yard where she can safely explore at her own pace. She also REQUIRES another dog in the home, as she thrives with a canine companion to help her feel secure. She would do best in an adult only home or with children 16+.

With a little patience and a lot of love, Camilla will blossom into a deeply loyal and loving companion who will bring quiet joy to her forever home.
