Heidi – Resilient Girl Ready for a Committed Home
Meet Heidi, a beautiful girl who was rescued from the euthanasia list after coming into the shelter as a stray. When she arrived, her skin was in very poor condition, with severe infections and heavy comedones from prolonged neglect.
Thanks to proper care in rescue, Heidi has been improving—but she will need a home committed to continuing her skin care routine so she can keep healing and thriving.
Heidi can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but she bonds very quickly with those who are kind and patient with her. Once she trusts you, she becomes a loving and loyal companion.
She is:
• good with dogs, cats, and children
• gentle and affectionate once comfortable
• resilient and deserving of a stable, loving home
Heidi will do best with an experienced adopter who understands the importance of consistent medicated baths and skin maintenance. With the right care, she will continue to make great progress.
Her adoption fee is $650.
