Hi friends… I’m Posey.

This past summer, my life changed for the better when Coffee Cause For Paws rescued me from the shelter. I didn’t have any hair, my skin was inflamed and painful, and honestly… I didn’t feel very good at all.

Since then, I’ve had lots of vet visits and even saw a fancy dermatologist in Florida (I feel sooo important). With the help of caring humans, special treatments, and a monthly shot from the vet, I am healing — slowly but surely.

We may never know exactly what caused my skin issues, but a good diet, my monthly shot, and someone committed to my care are helping me feel better every day. The rescue believes it’s time for me to settle into a forever home so I can continue healing with my very own person.

Now… I know you might notice my skin first.

But please don’t stop there.

Because there is so much more to love.

I am the sweetest, most loving little girl. I adore attention and get along beautifully with everyone I meet — people and animals alike. I just want to be close to my person and soak up love.
