Matilda, is a sweet wire-haired terrier mix around 3 years old who is ready to find her forever family.

Matilda bonds quickly with her people and would thrive in a home where someone is around often, such as someone who works from home or spends a lot of time at home during the day. She loves being close to her humans, cuddling, and soaking up all the affection she can get.

She has been around kids, cats, and dogs of all sizes. Matilda enjoys playing with other dogs, but she does best with dogs who understand respectful boundaries, as she can get overwhelmed when they are constantly in her face.

At night, Matilda sleeps perfectly in her crate. During the day, she may get a little vocal if she would rather be near her people. She is a loving girl who is ready to be smothered with love — and she will happily return it right back.
