DESCRIPTION
Hello, Northeast people! I’m a handsome little Wirehaired Terrier mix puppy named Rosco. I am about 4 months old, weigh 15.4 lbs, and I was one of a group of puppies set to be euthanized at the Port Lavaca Animal Control in Texas, when, bless our lucky stars, 4 Little Paws Rescue made a 5-hour drive to save us. I just need 1 more puppy shot before I can leave, but I will be in your arms by the end of March!
I am a shy boy with a sweet and calm disposition, and a medium energy level. My foster mom reports that once I feel safe, I am very affectionate, friendly, and playful, enjoying playtime and the company of other dogs. I am well-behaved for a puppy, already housetrained, just learned how to use a doggy door, and I only bark when I need to alert you, so I must be very smart! I do cry a bit when separated from my puppy friends, but nothing extreme, and I am learning to adjust, but it would be ideal if I had another dog or puppy in my new forever home. I have not tried walking on a leash yet, and I am comfortable in a crate for small periods of time. Inquire about me today!
