This girl is neither goose nor golden, but she's paws-itively perfect! Meet Goose Golden, a 3-year-old Weimaraner / Lab/ Bulldog mix, weighing 90 pounds (as of 2/15/26). This girl's owner in Tennessee unfortunately passed away, so she's looking for a fresh start with her next fur-ever home.
Goose is a calm, gentle girl who'll have you wondering how one stays so calm and gentle through the trials of life. Her secret? She focuses all her love on her people. She is so well socialized and easy going that your friends might end up liking her more than you. But that's okay because you'll like her more than them too.
Goose was raised well and will make an easy transition to a new home. She is friendly and doesn’t stress easily so you'll have a lot to learn from her on how to handle stress. Just be more like Goose: calm, cool and collected. Goose likes to go for walks and doesn’t pull on the leash. She needs to lose a little weight, so if you enjoy walks, she'd be happy to spend that time getting some good ole Vitamin D and exercise. Goose is good with other dogs, cats and kids (which is saying a lot!)
Goose is also crate trained and house trained. We're not quite sure if she knows commands, but she's open to a refresher course with you! She’s a sweetie who'll enjoy following you around or chilling out on your futon from college. Occasionally, she may have a burst of appropriate energy just to keep you on your toes, so stay ready!
Don't be a duck! Grab Goose while you can!
All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. All dogs require professional training to become the best family member they can be.

The dog may have some genetic material of an American Staffordshire Terrier (pit bull). The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application.
